literal lifesaver

since it’s the winter months and there’s no temperature regulation in my room, i can’t run my fan and thus need something else to fall asleep. this podcast has been an absolute game changer for that. it will also come in handy if and when i’m traveling and can’t bring a fan w/ me. 5 stars!
