One of my favorite sleeping sounds is the white noise from an air conditioner. So relaxing! The powerful sleep sound blocks out extraneous noise to help you fall asleep and remain sleeping throughout the night. I often miss the sound of an air conditioner during the winter, so I hope you enjoy this AC sleep noise that you can sleep to all year round!
This air conditioner fan noise is also a black screen video to help you sleep better. The fade to black screen ensures that your bedroom stays dark as you sleep throughout the night. The dark screen begins at 0:33.
There are so many great white noise sounds combined in an air conditioner. It's a mix of fan sounds, motor sounds and the compressor. The fan sounds play steadily over the course of 10 hours and we've made sure the AC compressor does not turn on and off so that the fan noise remains steady. It's like having a virtual white noise machine in your bedroom. Altogether, these elements create a unique ambience that do a great job of sound masking which makes it easier to fall asleep.
